"The man who thinks he can and the man who thinks he can't are both right." - Henry Ford
Next up on my "must-read" list? The Magic of Thinking Big by David Schwartz.
After hearing several very successful entrepreneurs rave about this book, I decided it was a MUST. I've been waiting for it to come back into my library … but since it just never seems to be in, I'll have to break down and buy it.
Have you read it? If so, what did you think?
If not, take a peek at this youtube video that breaks down a few of the thoughts from the book.
This week … remember:
ONE: Think BIG. Most people fail to think big. Set BIG goals for your photography business or there is no hope of true success.
TWO: Value yourself. Believe in yourself. If you can't believe in yourself … you can't expect others to believe in you. If you don't believe in your services enough to charge a price that actually makes you a profit, why should anyone value your services enough to PAY to work with you?
THREE: AVOID Excusitis. If you aren't succeeding … it's because of YOU. It's not because of the bad market. It's not because of new photographers crowding the market. Those things are happening … but there are photographers out there who are succeeding. If others can succeed, you can, too!!! It's possible. But only if you refrain from making excuses.
